Take Time Out To Keep Moving Forward

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Sometimes life can be overwhelming. You have so much to do and accomplish so that you can live the life of your dreams. Sometimes we reach the stage of expansion overload. When you reach this point you have to take time out a little to allow space to open up again for your continual growth.

Usually we feel guilty and afraid to stop everything and breathe. We feel as if everything will fall apart and slide backward if we take time out to just concentrate on rest and regathering.Your work and progress will slip backwards if you don’t take the time out for rest and rejuvenation. It is vital for your success. Ditch the guilt, ditch the work and just take time out from everything. Let it go.

When you let it go you remove all the pressure and you give your brain and creativity time to expand once more. I’ve had to do this recently. It all just got a bit too overwhelming for me and I felt pushed to my limits. So I retreated for awhile. Yes! I did feel guilty and worried that everything would fall apart. But it hasn’t and it won’t. It was so worthwhile as now I feel more refreshed and energized to keep moving forward.

The trick is to make sure even while you take a break, every day you just take a small step forward. Just do one small task a day even to keep you on track. This way you get your much needed break but your eye is still on the goal and you continue to move forward, no matter how slowly.

Gold for Australia: Torah Bright’s Inspirational Story

Song of the Week:

Gold at the winter Olympics is not something that happens often for Australia. Low snow levels and low population sort of sets us behind from the beginning. But that never stops the true Aussie spirit from shining through. Our first gold medal was back in 2002 with Steven Bradbury’s inspirational win in the speed skating. He sailed over the finish line in first place after all the other skiers fell over. His good natured view on his win was inspirational. He knew he did not deserve to win but he celebrated it with much gratitude and humbleness. He said

God smiles on you some days and this is my day!

Torah Bright (I think)

Today we had another inspirational gold medal win for Australia with Torah Bright. Torah overcome many setbacks and hardships on her journey to gold in Australia. 4 concussions and a fractured jaw leading up to the Olympics and then 2 failed final runs before she nailed it with a move most men can’t make. This put her miles in front of her strong competitors to win Gold!

Torah knows the secret to success: If you just get up and keep moving forward with determination and your focus set clearly on your goal of victory then you cannot ever fail!

Good on ya Torah for carrying on Australia’s magic winter Olympic Gold medal wins!

Each New Day Brings New Beginnings: Move Forward like a Kangaroo

Song of the Week: Forest Gump Soundtrack

Watch todays free daily inspiration. Each new day brings new beginnings. Each new day is a blank canvas for you to create and paint anything you like. Be as creative and adventurous as you like. What happened yesterday does not have to have an impact on your painting for today.

Some Inspirational Quotes to help start your day with a bright canvas

You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great.- Joe Sabah

Even if you’re on the right track you’ll get run over if you just sit there- Will Rogers

Take the initial step today, create  momentum and use the law of inertia to keep you moving forward to your dreams.  Learn a les

son from the kangaroo. The kangaroo is always moving forward. It is physically unable to move backward. It’s for this reason it was chosen to be on our national emblem. Skippy is always moving forward even when it’s going around in circles.

In times when it appears you made mistakes or poor choices on some level of being it was the best you could do at the time and in the

long run it’s going to prove to be a step forward.

Take a step forward today and paint a bright canvas for your future.
